Many dealers are often overwhelmed with the complexities and nuances of compliance, which can hinder their ability to effectively serve their customers. By becoming well-versed in the regulatory requirements that affect our products, you can empower your dealers to navigate these challenges with confidence. Every other month, I will be sending out a REP ONLY communication that will have talking points on what the affiliate and national are doing regulatory wise. I suggest you use these at your visits with customers.
